How it works
A teacher, a time, a conversation
No course catalogue to wade through and no level test to sit. You tell us what you want from Arabic, and you are speaking it the same week.

Asked before the first lesson
Do I need to know the alphabet?
No. Several teachers specialise in absolute beginners and start from the sounds. You can also learn to speak first and read later.
Which Arabic should I learn?
If you want to read and follow the news, start with Modern Standard Arabic. If you want to talk to people in a specific country, learn that dialect. Many students do both with the same teacher.
What if the teacher isn't right for me?
Take a trial first — that's what it's for. If it isn't a fit, book a trial with someone else. Nothing ties you to one teacher.
Can I change my lesson time?
Yes, free of charge up to 12 hours before the lesson. Inside 12 hours it counts as taken.
Do unused package lessons expire?
No. Lessons you have paid for stay in your account until you use them.
Is this for children too?
Yes. Teachers who work with children are marked on their profile, and lessons are built around games and stories rather than grammar drills.
