What we collect

The account details you give us: name, email, country and time zone. What you tell us in onboarding about your goal, level and dialect. Your bookings, payments and messages.

Basic technical data such as your browser and approximate location, used to keep the service working and secure.

What we do with it

We use it to match you with teachers, run your lessons, take payments, and email you about bookings. We do not sell it.

Your teacher sees your first name, your goal and level, and the messages you send them. They do not see your email or payment details.

Lessons and recordings

We do not record lessons. Neither side may record without the other's clear agreement.

Your choices

You can see and change your details in your account, turn off non-essential email, and ask us to delete your account and its data.

We keep payment records for as long as tax law requires, even after an account is deleted.

Cookies

We use the minimum needed to keep you signed in and remember your language. We do not run advertising trackers.
